Jon DeLuca is a Managing Director and Operating Partner - Fiber at Digital Bridge Holdings, LLC.
Mr. DeLuca most recently served as President & CEO and member of the board of directors of Wilcon Holdings, LLC from 2011, when he founded the business with Pamlico Capital, until its sale to Crown Castle International Corp. in 2017. Based in Los Angeles, Wilcon is a communications infrastructure provider focused on the fiber, small cell and data center markets. Wilcon owns and operates one of the largest fiber-optic networks in Southern California, offering dark fiber and optical services via diverse routes connecting major data centers, enterprise locations and wireless communications sites. The company also owns and operates data center facilities providing dense fiber interconnection infrastructure in downtown Los Angeles.
Mr. DeLuca previously worked at FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc., a publicly-held communications service provider based in New York, where he served as President & CEO, and a member of the board of directors, from 2005 to 2009, and as Senior Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2005. FiberNet owned and operated metro fiber-optic networks and data center facilities serving New York and New Jersey. The company was acquired by Zayo Group, LLC in 2009.
Earlier in his career, Mr. DeLuca worked in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and Lazard Freres & Co. LLC. He earned a BA from Trinity College in 1992.
